Saugahatchee Church ("we," "us") respects you and the information you share with us. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect through thecrossandthecreek.com and how we use it.

What we collect

• Contact & visit forms: your name, contact details, and message when you plan a visit, contact us, or ask a question.
• Prayer requests: your request and any contact information you include.
• Newsletter sign-up: your email address.

We do not run advertising or sell information to anyone, and we do not use tracking cookies on this site.

How we use it

• To respond to you, pray for you, and help you connect with our church family.
• To send the newsletter you signed up for. You can ask to stop at any time.

Prayer requests

Prayer requests are personal. They go directly to Pastor Lee and are shared only as you ask us to share them.

Member directory

Our member directory is hosted by Planning Center's Church Center and is available only to logged-in members of our church. Each member chooses what information to share there, and may opt out entirely. Planning Center's own privacy practices are described at planningcenter.com/privacy.

Third-party services

Some parts of the site are provided by services we trust: our podcast player (Buzzsprout), fonts (Google Fonts), map and calendar links (Google), giving links (AG Giving), and forms (our website host). When you use those features, those services may process standard technical data as described in their own policies.

Keeping information safe

We keep the information you send us only as long as needed to serve you, and we share it only with the church leaders who need it to respond.
